You know the price before I start. If the job turns out smaller than quoted, you pay the smaller number. Hourly billing is how surprises happen — I don’t do surprises.

🛡️ Warrantied, like it should be

A mechanic warranties the repair. A roofer warranties the roof. I warranty the build — 30 days, in writing. If what I made breaks, I come back and make it right.
